Return Process

3. Package the Product**: Securely package the product along with all original accessories, packaging, and the RA number (clearly marked on the outside of the package). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
4. Ship the Product: Send the package to the provided return address within three calendar days from the date you receive the RA number. Failure to ship within this timeframe may result in the denial of your return.
5. Provide Tracking Information**: Once you have shipped the package, please send the tracking number to our customer service team via email. This helps us monitor the return shipment and process your request promptly.
Inspection and Processing

Exchanges

If the requested exchange product is in stock, we will ship it to you once we receive and process your returned item. Any price difference between the original product and the exchange product will be charged or refunded accordingly. Damaged or Defective Products
